Teleobi Privacy Policy

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the access and use of the platform and services (“Services”) provided by Teleobi (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), accessible through www.teleobi.com. By using or registering on the platform, the user (“User”, “Customer”, “you”, or “your”) agrees to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

 

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, in order to use Teleobi’s services.

 

2. Description of Services

Teleobi provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for omnichannel communication, marketing automation, and integrations with third-party APIs, such as WhatsApp Business API, Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram. These services include campaign creation, automation flows, analytics, customer support tools, and more.

 

3. Account Responsibility

 – You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

 – You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

 – You will be held responsible for all activities conducted under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

 

4. Acceptable Use

By using our platform, you agree to:

 – Use the Services only for lawful purposes.

 – Not use the platform to send spam, unsolicited messages, or any form of abusive, fraudulent, or illegal content.

 – Not exploit or abuse system vulnerabilities, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the platform.

Violation of this policy may result in account suspension, termination, and legal action.

 

5. User Data & Privacy

 – Teleobi collects certain data from the user, including content uploaded to the dashboard and data accessed through authorized connections to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram.

 – All such data is used strictly for providing services to the user and is not shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties under any circumstances, unless required by law.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

 – Teleobi offers both free and paid subscription tiers. The Free plan is available perpetually with limited features.

 – All payments made for paid subscriptions or add-ons are non-refundable as outlined in our [Refund Policy].

 – Users are responsible for ensuring timely payment to avoid service interruptions.

 

7. Third-Party API Dependencies

 – Teleobi’s services rely on third-party APIs (e.g., Meta’s WhatsApp Business API, Facebook, Telegram).

 – Any service limitations, delays, or suspensions caused by these third parties shall not be considered Teleobi’s responsibility and shall not entitle the user to any refund or compensation.

 

8. Intellectual Property Rights

 – All intellectual property rights related to the platform, its content, design, software, and branding belong to Teleobi.

 – Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for lawful purposes only.

 – User-generated content remains the intellectual property of the user but may be used by Teleobi for internal analysis or service improvement, unless explicitly requested otherwise.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

 – Teleobi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

 – In no event shall Teleobi’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the user to Teleobi in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

 

10. Termination

 – Teleobi reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at its sole discretion in cases of misuse, violation of the Terms, or for reasons including but not limited to spamming, fraudulent activity, or legal non-compliance.

 – Upon termination, the user’s access to the dashboard and services will be revoked without any refund, unless otherwise specified.

 

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Teleobi and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

 – Your use or misuse of the platform,

 – Any violation of this Agreement,

 – Any breach of applicable law or third-party rights.

 

12. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

 – These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

 – All disputes arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Jhansi, Noida, or Delhi, India.

 

13. Changes to Terms

 – Teleobi reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

 – Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
