The platform is intended for legitimate, lawful, and responsible use in alignment with business communication and marketing objectives.
This Fair Usage Policy ensures that:
– All users get a consistent and reliable experience.
– No single user’s activities degrade the performance or accessibility of the platform for others.
– The services are not misused in ways that violate laws, third-party terms (e.g., Meta’s policies), or ethical norms.
Users are expected to use the platform in a manner that is:
– Aligned with applicable laws and regulations.
– Respectful of platform bandwidth, resource allocation, and API rate limits.
– In compliance with third-party provider terms (e.g., Meta’s Business and Messaging Policies).
Permitted usage includes:
– Sending promotional and transactional messages to your own audience with proper opt-in.
– Running marketing automations with fair frequency and volume.
– Uploading business-related creatives, templates, and data only.
The following activities are strictly prohibited under this Policy:
– Spamming or Bulk Messaging to non-opted-in users.
– Misuse of WhatsApp Business API or violation of Meta’s guidelines (e.g., banned keywords, abusive frequency).
– Uploading illegal, obscene, offensive, or infringing content (e.g., hate speech, pornographic materials, pirated content).
– Using Teleobi for phishing, scams, impersonation, or any deceptive behavior.
– Automating interactions in a way that violates third-party platforms’ rules, rate limits, or terms of service.
– Creating multiple accounts to bypass plan limitations or fair use thresholds.
Teleobi reserves the right to monitor usage and take corrective actions, including but not limited to warnings, suspension, account termination, and legal action.
To ensure smooth operations:
– Accounts on Free and Paid plans may have daily/monthly message limits, API call caps, and data storage quotas.
– Teleobi may implement soft limits (alerts) and hard limits (temporary blocks) if usage exceeds reasonable thresholds.
– Excessive usage of bandwidth, storage, or automated actions may trigger intervention by our technical team.
If your business use case demands higher usage, please contact us for an Enterprise Plan or Custom Quotation.
– Teleobi relies on third-party services (e.g., Meta APIs). Users must ensure their usage is compliant with the terms of those platforms.
– Abuse of these APIs through Teleobi may result in account disconnection, ban by Meta, or loss of access, for which Teleobi will bear no responsibility.
Teleobi reserves the right to:
– Investigate and audit any suspicious activity or violation.
– Suspend or terminate services without refund in case of abuse.
– Report illegal activity to appropriate authorities.
False complaints, including fabricated cybercrime or consumer complaints, may result in legal counteraction by the Company under applicable Indian law, with jurisdiction lying in Jhansi, Noida, or Delhi.
Teleobi may update this Fair Usage Policy at any time, with or without notice, by posting an updated version on its website. Continued use of the services after any modifications implies acceptance of the revised Policy.
