This policy ensures that all Teleobi users have the best possible experience.
Purpose
This Fair Usage Policy ensures that our platform resources are shared equitably among all users. It prevents abuse and maintains high performance for everyone.
What’s Included in “Unlimited”
When we say “unlimited” on our Pro and Business plans, we mean generous limits designed for normal business use:
- Unlimited AI Chatbots: Create as many chatbot flows as you need for your business operations.
- Unlimited Comment-to-DM: Automate DMs on all your Instagram posts, Reels, and Stories.
- Unlimited Flows: Build as many automation workflows as your business requires.
Fair Usage Limits
To maintain platform stability, the following soft limits apply:
- AI Conversations: Up to 50,000 AI-powered conversations per month on Pro. Business plan has higher limits.
- API Requests: Up to 100 requests per second per account.
- Webhook Executions: Up to 100,000 webhook triggers per month on Pro.
- File Storage: Up to 10GB of media storage on Pro. Business plan includes 100GB+.
What Happens If You Exceed Limits?
We’ll never cut your service without warning. If you approach a limit:
- We’ll notify you via email and in-dashboard alert
- We’ll work with you to optimize usage or upgrade your plan
- Temporary rate limiting may apply until usage normalizes
Prohibited Use
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages
- Using the platform for illegal activities
- Reselling access without a Business plan agreement
- Automated scraping or data harvesting
- Attempting to circumvent rate limits or security measures
Enforcement
Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or account termination. We always attempt to resolve issues collaboratively before taking action.
