This Refund Policy (the “Policy”) governs the terms and conditions for any refund requests regarding the services offered by Teleobi (the “Company”). By subscribing to or purchasing any Teleobi service, the Customer (“you”) agrees to be bound by this Policy. This Policy is issued in accordance with applicable Indian laws including, but not limited to, the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Teleobi enforces a strict No Refund Policy for all paid services rendered. Once a payment has been successfully processed, it shall be deemed final and non-refundable under any and all circumstances. This policy applies to, but is not limited to, the following:
– Subscription fees for any service plan
– WhatsApp Message Conversation Credits (Messages)
– Add-ons and third-party integrations
– One-time setup fees
– Custom chatbot development or other one-time service charges
In order to enable Customers to fully evaluate Teleobi’s services prior to any financial commitment, the Company offers a Forever Free Trial. This trial allows you unrestricted access to test all available features. By taking advantage of the free trial, you acknowledge that you have had ample opportunity to assess the service, and any subsequent payment is irrevocable.
Teleobi’s platform integrates with external service providers such as Meta (WhatsApp Business API) and other third-party APIs. Any technical disruptions, outages, modifications, or limitations imposed by these third parties shall not be considered a deficiency in Teleobi’s service. Consequently, issues arising from such third-party services shall not be grounds for any refund.
If you suspect that an unauthorized transaction has occurred, you must notify Teleobi immediately at [email protected] within 48 hours from the time of the transaction. While the Company will investigate such claims, refunds for unauthorized transactions will be granted solely at Teleobi’s discretion. The Company shall not be liable for losses incurred due to user negligence, including, but not limited to, compromised login credentials or inadequate account security.
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds—prorated or otherwise—will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription term. To prevent further charges, you must disable the auto-renewal feature prior to the next billing cycle.
Teleobi maintains a zero-tolerance policy against false or malicious complaints. Any deliberate submission of fraudulent cybercrime reports or consumer complaints with the intent to secure a refund or tarnish the Company’s reputation will be treated as a legal offense. Teleobi reserves the right to initiate criminal and civil proceedings against individuals found to be making such false claims, with legal actions to be pursued in the courts of Jhansi, Noida, or Delhi as applicable.
The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time, without prior notice. Any amendments shall take effect immediately upon their publication on the Teleobi website. It is the responsibility of the Customer to review this Policy periodically to remain informed of any changes.
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jhansi, Noida, or Delhi.
